Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivelant and 7+ years of experience working rwith SharePoint (Online and On-premises), Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
- Extensive experience in managing and migrating content in SharePoint environments.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint workflows, site architecture, and governance best practices.
- Expertise in designing and deploying automation using Power Automate.
- Proficiency in creating custom applications using Power Apps.
- Solid experience in providing customer support, with a focus on SharePoint and Power Platform.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Experience in providing end-user training and creating user documentation.
- Understanding of SharePoint Online security practices and compliance requirements.
- Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint and the Power Platform (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Server).
- Experience in Agile project management or related methodologies.
- Hands on experience with JIRA
