The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting a virtual Windows server farm that supports the Rockwell FactoryTalk manufacturing system. This includes overseeing the operation and maintenance of over 200 virtual Windows servers, understanding the hosted applications, and troubleshooting integration points of the MES system. The role also involves serving as the technical lead for a small team, coordinating project work and daily tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience managing Windows Servers, possess strong troubleshooting skills, and be capable of leading a team. Additionally, they should demonstrate knowledge of IT infrastructure and support, adhere to IT standards and conventions, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of IT infrastructure and support experience.
