The Enterprise Cloud Solutions Architect is responsible for leading enterprise architecture, platforms, and solutions within a healthcare delivery and management organization. This position requires significant technical and solutions expertise responsible for designing and implementing modern technology while overseeing and updating existing infrastructure and systems. This leader requires strong domain expertise in IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, cloud services, traditional infrastructure, networking, data platforms, integration, and automation.

Primary Responsibilities
The incumbent may be asked to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically stated in this description. The duties and responsibilities of the position are to be carried out in a manner that is consistent with the Mission, Core Values and Operating Principles of MedVanta.
·Manage and lead the design and development of technology architecture that provides a strong foundation and platform for modernization and improved business capabilities.
·Oversee enterprise solutions portfolio consisting of internal and external applications and services, then improving its use across the organization; also recommending ways in which those services can be obtained more efficiently in different ways at a future state.
·Design and implement platforms and services that provide solutions to the company and its clients by evaluating existing needs, functions, and workflows, then provide recommendations and improvements and putting together the plans and roadmaps to fruition.
·Architect platforms where business capabilities, tools, and services (app development, widgets, microservices, API’s, data, middleware, IoT, ML, AI) can be developed, adopted, and scaled effectively with emphasis on technology via AWS, Azure, and GCP.
·Architect effective integrations and capabilities between customized and off the shelf point solutions and services using API’s, web services, and microservices technologies.
·Develop cloud data platform that can be used to integrate data sources, ingest, store, query, and process, consume and secure data using cloud systems and architecture like AWS, Azure.
·Provide technical expertise to manage and maintain core technology services in a support and escalation function when needed; this can be traditional services such as phone, internet, email, firewall, domain controllers, Azure Microsoft AD, and so on.
·Participate and lead technology discussions in all areas of the organization.

Reporting Relationships
The Enterprise Cloud Solutions Architect reports directly to the Chief Technology and Information Officer.
Requirements Education and Experience
1.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technology, healthcare administration or a related field: significant experience may be considered in lieu of the bachelor’s degree requirement.
2.10-15 years of related technical and solutions experience, this includes experience with traditional and cloud services and solutions technologies.
3.Healthcare experience (acute, ambulatory, services, solutions) strongly desired in large multi-site organizations
4.Experience in TOGAF, ITIL, PMO, DevOps, Lean/Agile environments.
5. Industry specific certification: experience may be considered in lieu of certification.
Competencies / Required Skills and Abilities
1.Possess in-depth knowledge of technology, architecture frameworks, and enterprise architecture tools ; hands on experience with various data systems, platforms, and architecture.
2.IaaS, PaaS experience designing, implementing, and managing VM’s, computing, storage, networking, OS, middleware, runtime, , microservices, Kubernetes, containers, web services, API’s, serverless technologies that are scalable, robust, and highly customizable.
3.Cloud architecture with or in combination of AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms.
4.Design and management of modern cloud infrastructure platforms, that support advanced analytics, reporting, BI, machine learning, and AI that further organizational capabilities and services.
5.Experience in healthcare solutions design, development, interoperability, integrations, upgrades, and implementations focused on increasing capabilities, improving UX, and reducing complexities.
6.Experience with EHR’s, PMS, RCM, CRMs, and third-party integrations that are common in multisite, multispecialty healthcare organizations.
7.Connecting business systems (Salesforce, EMR etc.) and other systems of records with integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Redox, Boomi, FHIR, HL7, API.
8.Understanding how scripting and programming languages such as Python, R, PHP, JS, SQL can be applied; exposure to coding and DevOps is highly desirable.
9.Experience managing onsite infrastructure and corporate IT systems and services that include traditional infrastructure, telecommunications, phone systems, server/hardware.
10.Adept at managing change and facilitating organizational transformation and communicating impact of technology on the organization and communicate the value of enterprise architecture to stakeholders.
11.Strong Interpersonal Skills - ability to develop relationships and collaborate and influence in hybrid environments with multiple project team members across various domains.
12.Confident, independent thinker and strong decision-making ability when circumstances warrant such action.
13.Demonstrates ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and projects in a growing environment.
14.Ability to work independently with little supervision as needed.

Physical Demands
