Role: Network Administrator
Location: Graniteville, SC - Onsite

Job Summary:
Maintain, upgrade and manage software, hardware and networks of a company or organization, making sure that its technological infrastructure is running properly
Primary Responsibilities:
• Install and configure software and hardware
• Manage network servers and technology tools
• Set up accounts and workstations
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies Qualifications:
• Experience with some level of systems administration
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
• Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
• Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl or other language
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms

Thorough understanding of Cisco Networking
Thorough understanding of Microsoft Domain Environments
• What will your interview process look like?: Preferably Onsite with Site Tour
• Years of experience Required: Really depends on the balance between certs/school/and work history. Manufacturing experience is a plus. Networking and Microsoft Certifications are a plus. Associate degree in networking or IT with 2-4 years’ experience would be ideal.
• Work Hours/Schedule: Rotating Shiftwork 12 hour day/night 7a to 7p shifts. Overtime coverage for other shifts is expected.

• Training Schedule/Hours: M-F 10 or 12 hour days, until fully trained (the last time we trained someone, I gave them the opportunity to work as much as they wanted. Willing to pay OT if it accelerates the process)
