For one of our ongoing projects we are looking for a Sr. Devops / Site Reliability Engineer with Helm, Docker, Kubernetes and API's to work from Durham, North Carolina
Required Skills
- 3+ years’ experience with container-based platforms (Docker or others)
- Expertise in Linux command line
- Experience building Docker container images / Docker files.
- Experience deploying to container-based platforms using Helm
- Familiarity with Kubernetes- is a nice to have but not essential.
- Deploying OpenShift Operators created using the Operator SDK will be a big plus
- Experience debugging deployment and operational issues (profiling, logging)
- Excellent knowledge of version control systems (Git)
Nice-to-have Skills
- Experience with Cloud offering and marketplace ecosystems
- Experience interacting with, building and exercising APIs and using automation frameworks.
- Experience in software development methodologies
- Experience with IT Automation Tools (Ansible)
- Experience with the software release process and architecture of delivery pipelines
Experience working directly with customers or partners, providing technical support or technical guidance
