- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, best practices, and software development lifecycles
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, NUnit)
- Proficiency in C#, asp.net, JavaScript
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Desired Skills:
- Experience with performance testing and security testing
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
