- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or MIS.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience successfully leading multiple projects and their resources to achieve strategic business goals.
- Extensive portfolio/program management experience with federal government agencies.
- Experience managing IT projects in accordance with industry standard project management methodologies.
- Extensive experience using Jira, Confluence, GitHub.
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination, communication, leadership, and people skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Federal Information Technology regulations including NIST 800-53 rev 4/5.
- Technical knowledge of application code development, and infrastructure environments.
- Experience with cloud technologies, DevSecOps practices, and modern web development frameworks (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Familiarity with IIS and SQL Server.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
