- Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management.
- Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools.
- Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
- Acts as team leader on projects.
- Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on development team.
- Participates in development of software user manuals.
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
As part of the technology team, the SharePoint Developer will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance of SharePoint environments and support of information portals and content management systems based on Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013. The applicant should be able to determine strategies for the most effective ways to meet specific business needs with SharePoint, implementing solutions using SharePoint built-in capabilities, SharePoint Designer or Visual Studio.

- 3+ years of experience in Strong experience in developing applications in SharePoint 2013 using client side scripting approach
- 11+ years of experience in SharePoint Migration Development experience in regards to content, UI and Apps
- 11+ years of experience in with .NET Framework and ASP.NET development, Session, Request life cycles, Garbage Collection, and caching
- 11+ years of experience in with Remote Event Receivers, Timer Jobs, Event Handlers, Receivers, custom forms and workflows
- 11+ years of experience with Web Services using SOAP, REST, XML, and/or JSON. Develop custom components
- 11+ years of experience in design and develop using SharePoint Designer 2007/2010/2013 and InfoPath 2007/2010/2013
- 3+ years of experience in developing database queries through code - CAML, Linq
- 5+ years of experience in SQL Server 2008/2012 and SQL Reporting services (SSRS). Ability to create Business Intelligence reports and analytics tools
- 2+ Experience/knowledge with installation and configuration of Microsoft SharePoint 2013/2016
- 11+ years of experience in expert understanding of SharePoint administration, Central Administration console and features
- 11+ years of being Manager of service applications, web applications, site collection administration and solution deployment
- 11+ year experience with PowerShell scripting, Managed Metadata, and User Profile Services
- 3+ years of experience in configure, implement and maintain SharePoint2013 Search, customize scopes and crawls
- 5 years of experience in configure SharePoint services, settings, manage content database, Active Directory (LDAP, ADLDS, ADAM, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of IIS and the architecture of it, Windows Server Manager, DNS and SMTP, Network Load Balancing
- 11+ years of experience in managing and testing backup and recovery plans
- 3+ years of experience in familiarity with Disaster Recovery Process, VMWare infrastructure and firewalls
- 11+ years of experience in troubleshoot networking, authentication and application performance issues
- 2+ years of experience in exploring and learning new Office 365 services such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Office 365 Groups etc.
- Knowledge of how to integrate Office 365 with SharePoint to add value to client's products and build proof of concept
- 2+ years of experience in ability to write document procedures and promote best practices for using SharePoint 2013
- SharePoint Certifications a plus
- Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist for SharePoint, Application Development AND/OR Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist (MCTS) for SharePoint
- 11-15 years SharePoint Developer/Administration experience
