We are hiring a Systems Administrator to join our team in our Rockville, MD or Washington, DC office. Position is flexible to be Hybrid.

Required Qualifications
- Working with the team to implement and operate Microsoft's Active Directory solution.
- Performs routine system updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Ability to solve problems quickly.
- Troubleshoot server and networking issues.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform software installations and upgrades.
- Maintain and monitor computer systems and networks, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Conduct regular system backups and ensure data security and integrity.
- Respond to alerts and notifications regarding system performance or security issues.
- Willing to learn new technologies to help the team grow.
