Evoke is seeking a Jira/Confluence Administrator to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain sites, spaces, projects, workflows, and issue types within Jira/Confluence
- Gather requirements and develop tailored dashboards for reporting, tracking, and service enhancement
- Maintain and adhere to application administration best practices
- Analyze, research, manage, and implement other integrated Atlassian tools, plug-ins, and applications
- Facilitate/present Jira and Confluence user training
- Track, consolidate, and update project(s)/task(s), across multiple teams, and provide status updates
- Provide guidance on workflow optimization and overarching project/task management practices
- Collaborate with systems engineers/administrators to implement platform changes and updates, and incorporate data transfers and automated workflows and API calls to/from Jira/Confluence
Professional Experience and Skills:
- Experience creating, configuring, managing, maintaining, and administering Jira/Confluence environments, sites, spaces, projects, workflows, and issue types
- Excellent organizational skills to meet tight deadlines and manage complex project requirements efficiently
- Experience in technical writing
Education and Years of Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience working in the Federal Government, specifically the Department of Homeland Security (preferred)
- Experience working in Chief Information Security Officer Divisions or understanding of federal IT/cybersecurity regulations and policies
- Atlassian Certification (preferred)
- Current Security+ or CASP certification (preferred)
