Job Summary:

A Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Below are the key responsibilities and skills associated with a project manager's role:

Primary Responsibilities:

Project Planning
- Define project scope: Clearly outline what the project will deliver and any limitations.
- Create a project timeline: Develop a schedule that includes all phases of the project with deadlines.
- Resource allocation: Determine what resources (people, equipment, materials) are needed to complete the project.
Team Coordination
- Assemble the team: Identify and bring together individuals with the necessary skills to work on the project.
- Assign tasks: Delegate responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and expertise.
- Facilitate communication: Ensure that all team members are informed about their roles and any changes in the project's direction.
Monitoring Progress
- Track milestones: Regularly check progress against the timeline to ensure that deadlines are being met.
- Manage risks: Identify potential issues early and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Adjust plans as needed: Be flexible in modifying schedules or resources if challenges arise.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate with stakeholders: Keep everyone involved informed about progress, challenges, and changes to the plan.
- Gather feedback: Actively seek input from stakeholders to ensure their needs are being met throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Closure
- Conduct final evaluations: Assess whether all objectives were met upon completion of the project.
- Document lessons learned: Record insights gained during the project for future reference.
- Celebrate success: Recognize team efforts and successes at the end of a project to boost morale.
Other Duties as Assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of experience in project management
Leadership abilities: Inspire and motivate team members while guiding them towards achieving common goals.
Time management skills: Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Communication skills: Convey ideas clearly and listen actively to understand others' perspectives.
Problem-solving capabilities: Analyze issues critically and develop effective solutions quickly.
Ability to work independently and remotely
