Are you an experienced sales professional with expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions for the Financial Services industry? We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Representative/Territory Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth in the Northeast, Chicago, or Charlotte regions.
In this role, you will be responsible for selling our cutting-edge GRC software to leading banking, financial services, and insurance organizations. You will leverage your industry knowledge, consultative selling skills, and proven track record to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets within your assigned territory.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients through targeted prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present compelling value propositions to decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing customer success.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in the GRC, regulatory compliance, or risk management space, with a focus on Financial Services.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Expertise in consultative selling and solution-based selling methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Experience with leading GRC platforms
