Chevo Consulting LLC is currently seeking a Program Manager with a TS clearance. This candidate will be the primary client point of contact with responsibility for all associated tasks for the contract of oversight. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the cybersecurity posture of the Federal Government and be experienced in managing large-scale contract support teams. Located in Washington, DC Metro area in an onsite-in office scenario that has the potential of becoming hybrid. Candidates must reside in the Washington DC metro area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall performance of the contract
- Plan, organize and support the project/program to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled, quality standards are met, and associated expectations of performance are achieved
- Support multiple concurrent project tasks across a fast-paced, operational organization
- Provide expert direction and guidance to team members and staff
- Develop schedules and formulate work plans
- Review project funds and resources
- Serve as a primary point of contact with DHS/Government COR/Task Monitor and/or customer personnel
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Top Secret security clearance (preferred DHS)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 10+ years of management and supervisory experience of programs of similar scope and size
- Completed PMP certification
- Expert knowledge and program management experience of projects designed to support large-scale Cybersecurity organizations.
- Advanced knowledge of applying analytic methodologies and principles related to the standardization of management processes.
- Expertise in learning client business models to provide sound strategic and operational guidance for future improvement actions.
- Excellent client- facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
SALARY RANGE: $175,000 - $210,000
