Place of performance: 11601 Landsdown Street, North Bethesda, MD 20852, or another location in Bethesda/Rockville where IRMB office operates from and remote work location.Hybrid role. Local resources preferred

The Security Engineer performs a variety of operational information technology tasks as specified in the SOW independently or under supervision of System Engineers, ISSO or the COR.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachel:or’s Degree or equivalent and six years of relevant experience in IT operational security role and one or more of the following required.

IBM Certified Associate – Rational AppScan Source Edition
Security+ Certified Systems Engineer
SANS Institute Global Information Assurance Certification – Security Essentials (GIAC GSEC)

EnCase Digital Forensics Certification
International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium Inc. (ISC)2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
