Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager
Location: Coral Gables, Miami

A leading financial institution, is seeking a highly qualified IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team in Coral Gables, Miami. This role is crucial to ensuring the availability, security, and efficiency of our technology systems, supporting the bank's operations and ongoing growth. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing IT infrastructure, with a focus on information security, network and server administration, and regulatory compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the bank's technology infrastructure, including hardware, networks, servers, and software.
Manage information security by implementing policies and solutions to protect data and prevent cyber threats.
Coordinate technical support and preventive maintenance, ensuring prompt issue resolution and minimizing downtime.
Supervise relationships with technology service providers, managing contracts and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Plan the capacity and scalability of the infrastructure to support the organization's growth and adoption of new technologies.
Ensure that the infrastructure complies with applicable local and international regulations, particularly in the financial sector.
Lead a technical team, providing guidance and support to foster professional development and ensure operational excellence.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Portuguese language skills are ideal.
At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in the financial sector (not mandatory).
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate across different areas of the organization.
