World of Good Brands is looking for an Associate Account Manager.
The Associate Account Manager is responsible for conceiving & implementing partnerships with advertisers across World of Good Brands.
You will help develop and strategize impactful client offerings that are performance driven and align with predefined KPIs. This is a client-facing role while working with internal teams across multiple projects simultaneously.
You'll Report To: Associate Director, Account Management
You will:
- Develop full-scale media plans that meet the predefined KPIs
- Manage the budgeting, costs, and margins of each media plan/RFP and campaign
- Express understanding of client objectives through sound strategic recommendations and associated rationale
- Collaborate with team members across the Brand Partnerships organization as media plans are developed & revised
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client's business, the consumer journey and how we can achieve those objectives
- Manage & execute select partnerships, which includes running internal & external kickoff calls, asset management, and quickly solving campaign issues & discrepancies
- Ensure accurate implementation/maintenance of plans and monitor delivery & performance to ensure consistent pacing & success
Requirements
You have:
- 1+ years of relevant media planning or account management experience
- General understanding of digital media, social media, and the overall digital landscape
- Knowledge of digital pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPV, etc.) and when to leverage each
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel
- Strong project management, planning and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate comfortably in a professional setting including in group meetings and via video calls, phone and email with team members across the country
- The ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal Skills

Compensation:
The starting base pay for this role is $60,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and other perks.
