Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the organization's computer systems and procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement new systems or modifications to improve workflow

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Create system documentation and user manuals for reference and training
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis to determine the return on investment for new projects

- Provide training and support to users on new systems and software applications
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the industry

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with database management systems, SQL, and data modeling
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of system integration and networking principles
- Familiarity with project management and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
