Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Development on Scala/Spark application
- Pull Request (PR) reviews of Scala/Spark
- Pull Request (PR) reviews for Python APIs
- Unit/Integration testing for Scala/Spark applications
- Some infrastructure provisioning on Databricks E2 environment
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Data Engineer - Scala, Python, Spark, Databricks.
- Spark/ PySpark
- AWS -EMR
- Infrastructure experience is required
- Scala - several years of experience is a must have
- Spark - at least a year of professional experience
- Databricks - professional exposure/some experience
- DynamoDB - at least a year of experience.
