Responsibilities
- Oversee high-volume case management processes, ensuring smooth coordination of financial disbursements post-mass tort settlements.
- Oversee a team of QSF Project Managers, Coordinators, and Analysts, ensuring accurate project progress updates, data integrity, and case reconciliation.
- Coordinate with onboarding and technology teams to ensure seamless setup and execution of mass tort projects.
- Provide strategic leadership on key project milestones and stay informed on active litigation, delivering comprehensive updates to clients and internal teams.
- Lead and support a team of associates, offering direction, training, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in project management, financial strategy, or legal operations.
- Deep understanding of the legal landscape, financial flow of mass tort results, and client success.
- Proven track record of leading teams, delegating tasks, and achieving successful outcomes in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships, addressing concerns, and providing timely solutions.
- Familiarity with legal project management software, QSF systems, and other relevant technology platforms for managing mass tort cases.
