As our CIO, you will lead the charge in transforming our IT capabilities, including the modernization of our ERP systems, the implementation of a cutting-edge data warehouse, and the integration of advanced digital platforms like Optimizely. Your Role as CIO:
You will oversee a wide array of responsibilities that integrate technology with business outcomes, including:
- Technology Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement a forward-looking technology strategy that aligns with our growth goals, including the modernization of our legacy ERP system (STORIS) and the integration of our digital platforms.
- Cloud Transformation: Lead the migration from a legacy environment to a cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring robust performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Customer-Centric Innovation: Enhance the customer experience through technology by leading the implementation of customer-facing digital solutions and integrating AI-driven insights.
- Cybersecurity Leadership: Oversee and strengthen our cybersecurity programs, ensuring that our infrastructure is protected across all domains, including device management, identity management, and data security.
- Data Warehouse & Analytics: Drive the design, implementation, and operation of a modern, cloud-based data warehouse that supports our business intelligence needs.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a high-performing IT team, ensuring that our technology staff is empowered to lead key projects and deliver on business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; a master’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience and certification.
- Experience: At least 10 years of IT leadership experience, with a proven track record in large-scale technology transformations within the retail sector. Experience with STORIS or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure, ERP systems, digital platforms (Optimizely preferred), and data analytics. Experience in overseeing cybersecurity programs and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead a diverse team of IT professionals, manage vendor relationships, and drive business outcomes through technology. You’ll need exceptional communication skills to influence senior leaders and align technology initiatives with business strategy.
- Project Management: Demonstrated success in managing multi-workstream projects, particularly those involving the modernization of legacy systems and the implementation of cloud solutions.
