The CEO will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and developing strategic partnerships to maintain and enhance our competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute long-term strategies to drive the companys growth and profitability in the jewelry sector.
- Lead the development of innovative products and services to meet market demands and customer needs.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry leaders.
2. Operational Management:
- Oversee the entire manufacturing and production process to ensure high-quality and cost-effective operations.
- Implement best practices in production, supply chain management, and quality control to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
3. Sales and Marketing:
- Drive B2B and B2C sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans that align with the companys strategic objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
4. Financial Oversight:
- Manage the companys financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Work closely with the CFO to ensure financial stability and profitability.

Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the jewelry industry, with a strong background in manufacturing, production, and sales.
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CEO or COO.
- Extensive experience in both B2B and B2C sales within the jewelry sector.
