The Infrastructure Engineer is one of the resources supporting and maintaining the company's information technology operations and security infrastructure and processes; providing efficient and effective technical support service and supporting all security measures to securely manage the company's technology assets.

Essential Functions Statements
- Maintain and administer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations for Noble employees
- Maintain and administer fulfillment center-specific hardware including computer hardware, label printers, scanners, and handheld devices
- Maintain, administer, and troubleshoot infrastructure hardware, including network switches, wireless access points, firewalls, print servers, and other components when necessary
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary.
- Manage employee access to all systems in partnership with the Human Resources team
- Configure, monitor, and maintain servers and services, including Google G-Suite, VoIP Phone systems, Warehouse Management systems, etc
- Serve as lead Infrastructure and/or Security resource for key x-functional initiatives
- Design, set up, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software.
- Research new technologies by attending seminars, reading trade articles, or taking classes, and implement or recommend the implementation of new technologies.
- Analyze equipment performance records to determine the need for repair or replacement.
- Maintain asset documentation and develop standard operating procedures that are shared with all Noble employees.
- Travel to various company locations to provide support when needed
- Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes
- Partner with other Infrastructure & Security resources to troubleshoot existing systems and design new systems
- Performs other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications
- Solid computer skills including knowledge of cloud computing, productivity tools, infrastructure management tools, networking infrastructure, server infrastructure, and security monitoring / remediation tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate and work cross-functionally with and strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Ability to self-motivate and problem solve in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to own Infrastructure & Security aspects of small to medium-sized projects
Education And Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field
- 2-6 years of work experience
- Experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or customer service are a plus
Computer Skills
- Desktop management fundamentals and tooling
- Cloud-based hosting fundamentals
- Cybersecurity best practices
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Normal Office Conditions, may require travel
