About the Role
Sibylline Ltd is looking for an outstanding GSOC Analyst to join us in an embedded role within a client's security team. Based in San Francisco, CA and reporting to the embedded GSOC Supervisor, the GSOC Analyst is primarily tasked with alarm management, customer service, facilities support, and incident response as part of a 24/7 security operations team. The GSOC Analyst will also participate in enhancing the team’s threat intelligence capability for determining the likelihood and impact of threats against the client’s people, assets, operations and reputation (such as civil unrest, crime, terrorism, extreme weather, health hazards or technical failures).
This role would particularly suit a recent or imminent graduate, early-career security professional, or anyone with an interest in getting into the security industry. The GSOC uses a variety of tools such as global access control and alarm monitoring systems, integrated video monitoring systems, enhanced visitor management systems, and in-house applications used to detect threats and incidents that may impact the company. Applicants must therefore be willing to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, with the ability to research and analyze a wide range of information and create analysis in accordance with strict deadlines.
This position requires the ability to work on weekends and holidays on a rotation schedule. This requires flexibility and adaptability to the changing needs of the client and shift workload. This position represents an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to continue their development as an intelligence professional with a leading firm growing at 50% per year. We offer strong career progression and are invested in building individuals' personal professional profiles.
