Role Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that AiPrise and our clients meet all regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of compliance, both in the US and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks.
- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
- Stay current with changes in regulations and industry standards.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams and clients on compliance-related issues.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to management.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance across all areas of the business.
- Handle compliance-related inquiries and investigations.
- Assist in training and educating employees on compliance matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in the KYC/KYB domain.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proficiency in compliance software and tools is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS, CRCM) are desirable but not required.
