As a Pre-Sales Engineer at UnifyCloud, you will be responsible for providing pre-sales demonstrations, presentations, on-boarding and technical support to prospective customers and partners, while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. You will develop and deliver high quality presentations and product demonstrations while articulating UnifyCloud’s CloudAtlas tools benefits and strengths. You will support partners and customers as they modernize and migrate their applications and databases to the Cloud. Ability to multi-task across many multiple projects, while working closely with Microsoft sellers, customers and UnifyCloud’s India Development Center, is a key requirement.
Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects and customer engagements simultaneously
- Work closely supporting our partners, to drive sales opportunities, Cloud Migration Projects, and AI Pilot projects
- Develop and present data-driven Cloud Migration and AI Strategy
- Provide exemplary pre-sales technical expertise & project management skills through technical and product demonstrations, assessments, and pilot implementations
- Develop and maintain training materials, create on demand training, and deliver training to partners and customers
- Provide Technical Support to prospective customers and partners, while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of prior Sales, Pre-Sales, or Technical Program Management in IT Industry
- High energy, self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in fast growing entrepreneurial environments
- Outstanding professional, sales, and technical capabilities; comfortable supporting both System Integration partners, as well as Microsoft, and enterprise customers
- Excellent partner and customer facing and relationship building skills
- Must be comfortable presenting to Senior Executives
These capabilities a plus:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, AWS and other Cloud Service Providers a plus
- Knowledge of AI (Gen AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, etc.) a plus
- Any of the following a plus: Oracle Databases, Cybersecurity (e.g. CISSP), Training (e.g. MCT), Networking architecture, DevOps / Application Development
- Experience working with offshore technical teams (our development team based in India) is a plus
