Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). As the CTO, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with software development, project management, IT strategy, architecture, and product development. You will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the technological vision and strategy of Halve, while leading a team of talented developers and engineers.
Qualifications
- Software Development and Product Development skills
- Deep understanding of compliance and legal requirements in financial technology
- Strong technical expertise in mobile app development, backend systems, and infrastructure
- Experience in Project Management and IT Strategy
- Expertise in Architecture and Technical Leadership
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Compensation:
