SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the development and execution of our company's IT strategy, infrastructure, and applications. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals to deliver innovative and effective technology solutions that support the company's growth and success. You will work closely with company leadership to understand business needs and create an actionable technology roadmap to achieve business objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals.
- Lead the team in implementing and maintaining critical systems and applications.
- Identify and address issues and roadblocks to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Provide technical and consulting support to the IT team and other departments as needed.
- Partner with leadership to develop and manage a technology roadmap that aligns with business needs.
- Assist with planning and executing IT infrastructure operations and capital budget to meet business and technology needs.
- Continuously improve security and emergency management protocols to ensure the safety and security of the company's IT assets.
- Analyze business requirements to determine technology needs and recommend solutions.
- Mentor and coach team members to deliver high-quality IT solutions and management capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant technologies and industry trends and provide input to leadership as appropriate.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience with IT Infrastructure & Security
