Job Description:
JOB OVERVIEW The BMC Helix administrator is responsible for implementing, managing and maintaining the IT Service Management, IT Operations Management and IT Discovery toolset for Wheels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Participate and guide the implementation of a new BMC Helix ITSM / ITOM and Discovery environment
- User Administration
- System Maintenance and Management
- Fulfill system change requests
- Fulfill system requests
- Participate in Incident management for Helix system issues
- Documentation of the new environment
- Proactively make adjustments to the Helix environments to improve the tool based on changing business needs.
- Other Duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 5 years' experience working in an IT role.
- 2+ years' experience in BMC Helix administration required.
- Well-versed with IT Service Management Concepts / ITIL Certifications preferred
- BMC Certified Professional Certification (ITSM, Ops Management and Discovery) preferred.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS, PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Work Environment: This position is a flexible role and can be performed remotely or in the Alpharetta or Des Plaines offices.
Position Type/Standard Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
Travel: Minimal travel may be required.
Physical Demands: Speak, hear, and see, and to use hand and fingers for computer keyboard and phone. Sit or stand for extended periods of time. Reach above head to pull paper attachments.

Pay Range:
$95,500-$133,700
The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
