Service Now Admin
- Attending Daily scrum meeting and provide status updates
- Checking ServiceNow system diagnostic data
- Daily check on Transaction logs with Response time, Error Logs and Verifying Auto Refresh Time of users
- Update and notify on Dormant users and weekly ITIL removal for inactive users
- User /Group Access provisioning and administration
- Catalog Form creation and enhancement
- Creating and customizing UI policies, actions, scripts, ACLs, Business Rule and Client script
- Smoke Testing post Upgrades, patching and network maintenance
- Creation of Reports and Dashboards based on business requirement
- Creation of Workflows/Flow Designer
- Analysis of reported issues and fixes
- Deployment of Update Sets
- Day to Day Support and maintenance of the ServiceNow Platform.
- Creation and administration of Notifications, Template creation
- Ability to manage multiple requests, assess priorities and achieve solutions under given deadline
- Requirement gathering and providing solutions based on best practices to business user
- Knowledge base document preparation and sign-off with customer.
Salary Range- $70,000-$90,000 a year
