System Administrator/TAM
Location: Headquarters is in La Verne, CA. This role involves a mix of remote work, client site visits within your surrounding area, and occasional in-office meetings as needed.
Compensation: $90K to $120K + Benefits (DOE)

Position Overview
As a System Administrator/TAM at our MSP, you will be an essential part of ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and that their IT environments are optimized and aligned with their business goals. This is a hybrid role involving client visits around the Baldwin Park area and remote work. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance, conducting onsite assessments, and building long-term relationships with clients. As part of our team's growth, this role offers a clear career path to Virtual CIO (vCIO) within a year based on performance and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Visits & Relationship Building: Conduct regular onsite visits for technology assessments and build strong, ongoing relationships with clients in the Baldwin Park, CA area.
- Technical Guidance & Alignment: Ensure clients' IT environments align with best practices and business goals through proactive technology reviews and recommendations.
- Collaboration with vCIO: Work closely with the Virtual CIO (vCIO) to help define and execute IT strategies that align with client objectives and business needs.
- Proactive Service & Support: Work with the Service Desk, Project Teams, and internal departments to drive proactive service and reduce reactive tickets.
- Onboarding & Training: Assist with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring they are fully integrated into our service environment and have the right tools and processes in place.
Qualifications
- Recent experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including M365, Azure, Active Directory, and networking technologies.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
- Willingness to grow into a vCIO role within a year.
