Participate in Infrastructure Planning: Design and implement enterprise-class systems infrastructure for critical applications across a global environment. Develop continuous improvement strategies for Corporate and Restaurant services.
Troubleshoot and Analyze: Partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues, providing root cause analysis and solutions for continuous improvement.
Monitor and Optimize: Oversee proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and performance analysis for server, cloud, and storage environments.
Working with team and management to Develop Technology Roadmaps: Create short- and long-term plans for systems engineering and present proposals to senior leadership.
Support and Mentor: Act as Level 3 support for escalations and provide training to junior staff.
Maintain Compliance: Ensure systems meet security standards, including PCI and SOX compliance, and maintain clear, up-to-date systems documentation.

What we require:

6+ years of Systems Engineering experience with Windows Server (2008/2012/2016) in VMware, Active Directory, and core infrastructure (e.g., PKI, Okta, SAML).
Experience in AWS or Azure with multi-cloud environments strongly preferred.
Proficiency in systems automation (PowerShell, Shell Scripting) and management tools like SCCM and Solarwinds.
Networking Knowledge in DHCP, DNS, VPNs, and Firewalls, with experience in VMware NSX as a plus.
Expertise in Microsoft Intune and Azure AD for mobile app management and Office 365.
Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information to diverse audiences.
