Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Altamonte Springs, FL that is looking for a Systems Administrator that is looking for an exciting opportunity to grow and continue to learn. Duties:
- Manage and administer SCCM, Intune, and Group Policy
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and service desk assistance
- Work on projects to transition devices to Intune, ensuring a smooth migration process
- Collaborate with a team of 10
- Learn and understand our environment to effectively manage and support our IT infrastructure
- Handle day-to-day operations involving MS Intune and SCCM
- Support and maintain computer, iPhone, and Android devices
- Working with SCCM Engineers to help with support
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in Tier 3 tech support or service desk roles is preferred
- Familiarity with managing a large number of Windows and mobile devices
- Proficiency in SCCM administration
- Strong knowledge of Intune and Group Policy
- Experience with AGPM (Advanced Group Policy Management)
- Ability to hit the ground running and work independently on assigned tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Experience
- Experience with environments similar in size to ours (130k+ Windows devices, 60k+ mobile devices)
- Previous experience working in a collaborative team setting
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
