Overview
Summary:
Handle multiple applications, systems, network, and/or telecommunications activities. Manage information systems throughout the organization. May include programming, analysis, networking, data processing, and/or administration responsibilities. Resolve technical problems. Research and recommend technology. Coordinate information system priorities. Perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Provides advanced technical assistance to computer system users.
- Solves complex problems dealing with a variety of concrete variables by interpreting written and verbal information and screen shots or other data supplied.
- Maintains current and advanced knowledge of hospital information systems, software, networks and telecommunications technologies.
- Uses advanced tools, advanced knowledge and advanced experience to analyze, diagnose and resolve problems.
- Acts as knowledge author by composing new support documentation and evaluating and maintaining existing support documentation.
- Provides leadership and direction to junior information systems staff.
- Serve as project lead
- Train and support existing team members
- Completes assigned goals.
Experience
Preferred: 9 or more years experience.
Minimum: Minimum of 6 years experience or equivalent combination or education and experience.
Licensure, Registration, Certification
Minimum: DRIVER'S LICENSE (CURRENT)
