Key Responsibilities

Own and lead the strategic planning, implementation, and management of all IT systems and infrastructure.
Drive full utilization and optimization of BlueCherry ERP and PLM, ensuring data integrity, workflow efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.
Partner with design, production, logistics, sales, and finance teams to ensure IT solutions meet evolving business needs.
Oversee internal and external IT teams, vendors, and consultants.
Lead system integrations for e-commerce platforms, wholesale portals, retail POS systems, and warehouse/logistics.
Ensure cybersecurity policies, data compliance, and infrastructure resilience are best-in-class.
Identify and implement technology solutions to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
Monitor emerging tech trends in the fashion industry to maintain competitive edge.
Establish and manage IT budgets, KPIs, and project roadmaps.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of IT leadership experience, preferably in the fashion, apparel, or retail sector.
Mandatory hands-on experience with BlueCherry ERP and PLM systems.
Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and system implementations.
Strong understanding of fashion industry operations including design, sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience with cloud migration, cybersecurity, and enterprise software solutions is a plus.
