Our client is a growing Managed Service Provider seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Administrator to join their close-knit team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and supporting a variety of client environments, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping ensure seamless day-to-day IT operations.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and provide support for Microsoft end-user equipment.
- Ensure the smooth operation of Windows operating systems (7, 8, 10, and 11) and compatible applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, networking, and software.
- Perform virus/malware removal and maintain expertise in anti-virus software.
- Support end-user peripherals, including desk phones and mobile devices.
- Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees.

Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in Windows Desktop troubleshooting and support.
- Proficient in installing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11, along with compatible applications.
- Understanding of LAN/WAN concepts and the ability to troubleshoot network issues.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows AD, DNS, and DHCP.
Valued Experience:
- Experience with tablets, Android, and iOS platforms.
- Familiarity with Mac OSX.
- Security Information/Event Management solution experience.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022 installation and configuration.
