Job Title: Change Management/Communications Lead
Location: Austin, Texas

Job Description: Develop and implement a communications strategy to guide internal business units and staff through upcoming changes.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy, create engaging communications materials, collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, establish a communications timeline, assist in preparing training materials, monitor communication effectiveness, and support change management activities.
Qualifications: 9+ years of experience, proven experience in organizational communications or related roles, ability to create clear messaging for large organizations, experience supporting enterprise IT initiatives or tool consolidation projects, ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, strong project management skills, excellent writing and communication skills, experience in government or public sector, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and experience in change management or user adoption strategies.
Preferred Experience: Familiarity with file storage and collaboration tools like Box, OneDrive, SharePoint.
