We are currently seeking an experienced System Administrator who shares our passion, enthusiasm, and dedication to transforming lives.
Position Summary:
The on-site System Administrator will be responsible for all areas of the company’s computer systems and individual user needs. The responsibilities extend from day-to-day technical assistance to planning and maintaining the infrastructure. This position includes on call availability.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build, install, manage and support servers, laptops and desktops
- Manage and support virtualization environments
- Manage and support backup environment
- Manage and support storage environment (SAN, NAS, DAS, iSCSI, etc.)
- Maintain Active Directory, Group Policies, DHCP, DNS, print services, users and scripts
- Remote Desktop and Remote Assistance
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Office, Entra, Intune) Administration
- Some network management, including installing and maintaining routers, switches, wireless controllers, wireless access points and firewalls
- VPN support and administration
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external users & manage helpdesk tickets
- Replacement of PC/Laptop and transfer of files/documents/software
- Manage inventory / assets
- Generate highly detailed documentation
- Other technical duties as assigned

Education/Certifications:
- 4-year college degree or equivalent on the job experience & training preferred
- Relevant certifications or experience
Work Experience:
- 5 years of experience in all areas identified in primary responsibilities preferred
