· Day-to-day operations of Network systems, including Cisco Routers and Switches, CUCM, UCCX, Firewalls, etc.
· Install and maintain infrastructure including networks, servers, enterprise storage and security systems
· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
· Research and recommend hardware and software enhancements
· Research and resolve moderately complex issues while considering a broad range of factors, taking ownership from identification through resolution to prevent issue recurrence.
· Assist with and occasionally lead IT projects as assigned, utilizing project management methodologies and coordinating with peers, IT management, and cross-departmental teams (e.g., security, development) to assign tasks and resources effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
Work Experience: 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Systems Administrator or related IT position.
Certifications (Preferred): Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, VMWare Certified Professional, or equivalent.

TECHNOLOGIES
The Network Administrator II is expected to have hands-on experience and operational knowledge of the following technologies and platforms:
Networking: Cisco Route/Switch, Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), Checkpoint firewalls, Cisco network equipment.
Server and Virtualization (nice to have): Windows Server, VMWare, Microsoft Exchange 2016 or 2019, Active Directory.
Security Systems: Checkpoint firewalls and other enterprise security solutions.
Other Tools: Tools for monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and documentation (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
