Role: Jr. Network Support Engineer
Location: Frisco, TX / Overland Park, KS – Onsite
Duration: Long Term
JD:
- involves monitoring, triaging, and managing incidents across the MCP stack including network, IT, and infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency and prompt resolution of issues
- Schedule, coordinate and execute of break/fix and planned software upgrade maintenance activities across the full stack inclusive of pre/post check activities
- Uses monitoring tools to track network health, traffic, and performance metrics
- Detects and logs alarms for outages, latency, or degraded service.
- Operational support of MCP Platform and Infrastructure layers
Skills:
- T-Mobile observability platform (MVP implementation)
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow – Used at T-Mobiles primary ticketing platform
- Associate’s degree minimum, bachelor’s Highly Preferred
- 3+ Years of Experience Required
- Cloud Operations Networking knowledge preferred.
- 4G/5G proficiency preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow AI module, specifically utilizing it for automation
- Advantage Aware of T-Mobile Observability Tool
