We’re looking for a seasoned Senior System Administrator (MSP) with MSP experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, project-based environment and enjoys solving complex technical problems while implementing next-gen solutions for a wide range of clients. You’ll be the go-to expert for advanced troubleshooting, design, and deployment of Microsoft cloud technologies.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead technical implementation of infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations and security enhancements.
- Manage escalations from the service desk, providing resolution for complex issues across networking, cloud platforms, and endpoint management.
- Implement and configure Microsoft technologies like Azure (IaaS/PaaS), Intune, Defender, Conditional Access, and other M365 components.
- Support hybrid and cloud environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Assist in building automation and monitoring systems to boost operational efficiency.
- Work closely with clients to assess technical needs and deliver tailored IT solutions.
- Stay current with the latest developments in Microsoft’s ecosystem and help integrate those into client environments.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven background supporting and implementing Microsoft cloud solutions in an MSP setting.
- Hands-on experience with M365 migrations, multi-tenant environments, and Azure infrastructure.
- Deep knowledge of Windows Server (2012+), modern desktop OS (Win 10/11), and endpoint security tools.
- Strong networking skills with experience across firewalls, switches, VPNs, and LAN/WAN design.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of compliance standards like HIPAA, NIST, PCI, and SOX.
- Exposure to security tools and best practices in a cloud-first environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 E3/E5 licensing.
- Technical certifications or relevant degree preferred.
Salary + Benefits:
- $110,000 - $120,000
