Job Summary Client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Business Head with an extensive background in sales leadership within the broadband and telecommunications industry. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven ability to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build high-performance sales teams. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in broadband infrastructure, fiber optics, and wireless access technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global sales strategy focused on broadband, fiber, and wireless access technologies.
- Drive revenue growth, enhance market penetration, and strengthen partnerships with ISPs, telecom operators, and enterprise customers.
- Lead high-performing sales teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, with a strong focus on high-value contracts.
- Manage key customer relationships, negotiate large-scale agreements, and identify new revenue streams.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align offerings with market demand.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting broadband and wireline solutions.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within the broadband, fiber, or telecom industry.
- Strong track record of driving sales growth and leading global teams targeting ISPs and telecom providers.
- Expertise in broadband infrastructure, fiber optics, FTTx, 5G FWA, and cloud-based telecom solutions.
- Exceptional strategic planning, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market environment and deliver significant business impact.
