We are looking to add an
Application Administrator II to join our
Information Technology team in

Essential Responsibilities
- Work with IT teams and end users to ensure configuration, deployment, maintenance and testing of applications.
- Follow change management control processes and create associated documentation
- Work with vendors, as directed by leader, to understand adoption and usage, assist with troubleshooting issues and monitoring/resolving support cases.
- Configuring systems, defining technical requirements, and testing to ensure optimal system utilization and fulfillment of new business needs.
- Use ticket management system to respond to and resolve incident ticket for areas covered by this position. Work with leader to submit change management requests.
- Perform release management, system upgrades, and test application systems.
- Research new applications and systems as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
- Develops customized solutions where appropriate.
- Must communicate professionally and clearly with end users, application owners and technicians.
- Configure solutions on a variety of business platforms.
- May provide leadership, coaching and/or mentoring.
- Perform release management and system upgrades.
- Performs special projects and other duties as requested.
- Provide input and assistance in continuously evaluating and improving processes to gain efficiencies or enhancements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer or business-related discipline preferred.
- Experience: 3 years of combined experience in desktop, application, data or business analysis support. Experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services preferred.
- Skills & Technical Competencies: This individual possesses strong business and technology knowledge, making informed decisions to deliver effective solutions. They excel in problem-solving by identifying issues, determining root causes, and implementing effective improvements.
