This is a hybrid position based out of our Johnston, IA office.
What we’re looking for:
SHAZAM is looking for a Microsoft Technology Administrator to join ourteam. In this role, you will will be responsible for completing tasks associated with the functions of system administratation such as resetting passwords and modifying users and groups.
What you'll do:
- Install and configure operating systems, applications, drivers, and network devices on servers and workstations.
- Implement and maintain security measures such as firewalls, access controls, antivirus software, and regular security updates to protect against cyber threats.
- Apply software updates and patches to systems to address security vulnerabilities and maintain compatibility.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and user access.
What you need:
- Minimum of one year of system admin experience.
- Basic knowledge in creating and updating Microsoft Servers, patching, and updating.
