Role Description
This is an equity compensation, part-time role for a CTO & Co Founder at Intuitive Horseware, located on-site in Austin, TX. The CTO & Co Founder will lead the company's technology strategy, oversee software development, and ensure the successful execution of IT projects. They will collaborate with other founders on product development, drive innovation, and align technological advancements with the overall business goals.
As a co-founder, you will have the freedom to push boundaries, dive deep into code, and actively contribute to shaping the company's vision and technological backbone. You will also be instrumental in building and mentoring a high-performing team to tackle challenges head-on and achieve ambitious growth.
