We’re looking for a solid and committed CTO to take over the technical lead and support the evolution of the product in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Take over and manage the existing tech stack (apps, backend, infrastructure)
- Ensure system integrity, performance, and scalability
- Supervise upgrades, refactoring, or scaling plans
- Co-drive strategic decisions on infrastructure, security, and compliance
- Collaborate with experts in UX, neuroscience, content, and data
- Build or manage the tech team based on roadmap priorities

- Proven experience as Senior Fullstack Engineer, Lead Developer, or CTO
- Strong background in backend/API systems, mobile/web apps, cloud infrastructure
- Product-oriented mindset and familiarity with privacy (GDPR) standards
- Adaptable, structured, collaborative
- Bonus: experience with audio/voice, personalization, or connected devices
- Deep interest in human-centered, meaningful tech
