Systems Administrator needed for national organization to perform daily IT-related administrative tasks. Occasional travel to corporate offices.
- Administrating and documenting Client's On-Premises and Azure Based Hybrid infrastructure.
- Work with IT vendors on project-based and support-based technical issues.
- Orchestrate deployment and redeployment of Desktop computers, laptops, tablets to employees utilizing Microsoft AutoPilot and Intune.
- Upgrading, installing, and configuring application software and computer hardware.
- Troubleshoot and solve all levels of technical support issues involving computers, tablets, applications, network devices and related technology.
- Creating new logical roles and managing system permissions and user accounts.
- Maintaining permissions to network / cloud file share systems.
- Perform IT evaluation for new and existing technology solutions as required to support company objectives.
- Manage and track information requests in the IT support ticketing system that need escalation due to their impact on the organization.
- Automate daily IT related administrative tasks as needed.
- Conduct work in compliance with OSHA and company safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate degree required.
- Advanced knowledge of IT systems with 10 or more years’ experience including Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Operating systems (Desktop and Server, basic SQL querying and Salesforce Administration
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts and their applications in modern IT departments.
- Strong organizational, problem solving and prioritization skills necessary.
