WHO
we’re looking for:
We are seeking an innovative and experienced AI/ML Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, data pipelines, cloud-based ML platforms, and the ability to create impactful AI-driven solutions tailored to business needs. This role also involves close collaboration with the sales team on pre-sales activities, including solution scoping, client presentations, and technical guidance during the sales process.
Role
and Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
- Design and optimize scalable data pipelines for training and deploying machine learning models.
- Leverage cloud-based AI/ML platforms (e.g., GCP Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning) to build robust solutions.
- Develop frameworks for model versioning, CI/CD for ML workflows, and MLOps best practices.
- Work closely with the sales team on pre-sales activities, including technical presentations, proof-of-concept designs, and responding to client RFPs.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to productionize ML models and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Explore and apply state-of-the-art algorithms and tools to solve business problems effectively.
- Drive the adoption of responsible AI practices, ensuring transparency, fairness, and explainability in deployed models.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of AI systems to ensure scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
Required Experience and Education:
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- BS in Computer Science or Engineering is required.
- Proven experience as an AI/ML Architect, with expertise in deploying scalable AI solutions in production.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Expertise in cloud-based AI/ML platforms (e.g., GCP Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
- Hands-on experience with MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for ML, model versioning, and monitoring.
- Proficiency in building and optimizing data pipelines using tools like Apache Airflow, Spark, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of data science workflows, algorithms, and AI ethics.
- Experience with pre-sales activities, including technical scoping, client-facing presentations, and creating proof-of-concept solutions.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Kafka, Snowflake) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Cloud ML Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Specialty) are a plus.

terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged
periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing
high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and
moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs
work under time schedules and stress which are normally
periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines,
intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project
management deadlines. May require working additional time
beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
