Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Test Rig Operator to conduct and validate testing activities on advanced test rigs. Your work will be crucial in developing innovative and reliable products.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, perform, and validate testing activities.
Ensure efficient test execution and validate test results.
Minimize installation time and optimize test cycle efficiency in test cells.
Produce useful data for engineering and follow up activities in the test facilities to establish relevant KPIs.
Self-sufficiently manage own tasks and independently plan work.
Self-driven proactive engagement with learning opportunities and ongoing development.
Hone skills in home discipline while growing a broader view of the wider TD/BA system.
Operate commercial vehicles requiring a Class A CDL.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

Must have CLASS A CDL
2+ years of relevant experience in a testing environment, preferably within the automotive or heavy-duty vehicle industry.
Solid understanding of testing principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining test equipment and instrumentation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive results.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of data acquisition systems.
