As a Senior Cloud Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-based systems. Your expertise in AWS, Data Engineering, Java, Python, and Databricks will be essential in helping our federal client.

Location: Chantilly, VA and Huntsville, AL
Security Clearance: Top-Secret

Experience required

Qualifications:

A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in cloud development, with a strong focus on AWS.
Extensive experience with data engineering, including building data pipelines and working with large datasets.
Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages.
Experience with Databricks and data analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of cloud computing, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with other cloud services like Azure or Google Cloud.
Prior experience working with government or federal agencies.
