Scope of Services:
Under the direction of the BAM Operational Services (BOS) manager or delegate, the Contractor shall provide one (1) Usability Tester consultant for support, mentoring, andtraining on Non-Functional Testing, which includes Performance and Accessibility Testing as follows:
i. Performance Testing
The Contractor will meet with project stakeholders as needed to gather requirementsregarding the user action on the solutions for speed, capacity, stability, and scalability.
Based on the suggested user action, the Contractor will perform the following tasks andprovide documentation:
Identify the performance-critical scenarios;
Record scripts;
Parameterize scripts to vary user input data;
Identify information that needs to be gathered for load testing;
Load test the application;
Analyze the data captured during the test to make sure the application meetsperformance requirements; and
Provide Performance Test Results Summary.
ii. Accessibility Testing
The Contractor will collaborate with CCHCS stakeholders to perform research, analysis,and testing to ensure applications are compliant with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Actof 1973 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Contractor must possessan understanding and working knowledge of web applications, analysis of technicaldocumentation, testing techniques, and have experience using various accessibilitysoftware tools such as Job Access with Speech (JAWS) and Non-Visual Desktop Access(NVDA) to evaluate application accessibility compliance as part of the overall SystemsDevelopment Lifecycle (SDLC). The Contractor will perform the following tasks andprovide documentation as approved by the CCHCS stakeholders:
Perform initial accessibility testing and any follow-up testing;
Document accessibility reports & accessibility remediation/exception defects; and
Work with other system testers and developers to ensure any accessibilitydeficiencies are mitigated or resolved
b. Interface Testing
Under the direction of the BOS manager or delegate, the Contractor shall provide one (1)Usability Tester for support, mentoring, and training on Functional Testing, which includes, butis not limited to, Interface Testing of the solutions as follows:
The Contractor will collaborate with CCHCS stakeholders to test interfaces developed by theproject team as part of the solutions and perform the following functions and providedocumentation in the form of training guides, manuals, documented test scripts and trainingslides:
Develop Service Virtualization solutions during testing phase;
Develop automated test scripts to compare interface data;
Parameterize tests to run with multiple sets of data;
Import services from various service endpoints;
Handle security issues involved in service testing;
Verify Web Services interoperability (WS-1) compliance
c. Testing Automation
